Myntra's “loop” trap for returns
Myntra continues to fool the customers by Delivering products without the 'Loop', which they claim is a must for a successful return!
But if one doesn't have the #loop when the product was delivered, how can he generate the loop while returning the product?

I wrote about this #scam by the company earlier too, today again got a product without a loop, but the description says a loop is a must for the product to be returned!
I wonder who is the great #ProductManager at #Myntra who has come up with this brilliant strategy. An amazing way to reduce returns! By the way, connecting with a real #CustomerService agent is an impossible task, thanks to the useless chatbot they have implemented, another brilliant mind at work! Don't be surprised if you read, that Myntra reduced customer agents by 80% in their next financial report!
While customers suffer, searching for the elusive Loop, which never existed physically, but is available only in some random virtual servers at Myntra!
By the way, loop is a smart strategy to avoid people misusing clothes, I know many orders, click pics for #Instagram, and click the #return button. But then while delivering, like we have OTP verification, customers should have a Loop verification step too. Else it would only raise disputes, nothing else! The Loop verification step would increase the delivery cost, but can reduce disputes. A cost-benefit analysis is needed here, is the brilliant PM listening?
