Today's traffic took me back to pre-COVID days

Today’s #Bengaluru #traffic took me down memory lane, reminiscent of the pre-#COVID era. Back then, due to intense traffic jams, there were days when I was forced to make U-turns and head home mid-way.
This morning, after spending 45 minutes on the road and covering a staggering 1 km, I decided to turn back! 😩

Most of us love to talk in dollar value terms, wonder how many millions were lost today, thanks to the brightest minds being stuck in traffic? But sorry, there is no billing for being stuck in traffic, so the value is Zero!

With the #government seemingly turning a deaf ear to the city’s crippling infrastructure, the problem only worsens. Permissions continue to be granted for tech parks, apartment complexes, and commercial spaces in areas ill-equipped to handle the surge in traffic. But #WhoCares!

Commuting to work should be the simplest thing, sadly it's a complex maze, that most find frustrating to solve!
