👉 Auto-deduct toll if invalid or expired
👉 Mandatory annual digital renewal of exemption status

If the system can instantly deduct money from a common citizen, it can instantly validate an exemption, too.

Technology is neutral. Accountability is a choice.
Until exemptions are embedded into the digital system itself,
FASTag will reduce cash…but not friction.
