Too much pollution? Count the trees in your complex

“Bro, there’s too much #Pollution!”
“How many trees are there in your apartment complex?”
“Hmm, about 10-15”
“And how many flats?”
“250+”
“What about the tech park where you work? How many trees are there?”
“Some 30-40, maybe.”
“And employees working there?”
“Easily over 10,000!”
“By the way, you mentioned buying farmland a few years ago. Are you growing trees there?”
“No way! I’m planning to convert it into a warehouse. Got multiple offers already!”

“And yet, you say, ‘There’s too much Pollution.’”

Here’s the harsh reality:
We rarely hold ourselves accountable! We love to point fingers at others since that is the easiest thing to do! Forget planting more trees, we are not even conserving green spaces left, cutting trees to pour more concrete! Every empty plot is being converted into an apartment, tech park or shopping complex!

Let’s face it: Pollution isn’t just someone else’s problem. We must look beyond profits and focus more on sustainability, but #WhoCares?
We can’t solve the pollution crisis overnight, but we can start taking responsibility today. Let’s not just talk about the problem. Let’s be part of the solution.
