Why ChatGPT picks 73 as a random number

I was surprised when I checked the article, went ahead and asked #ChatGPT to select a random number, and yes, the answer was 73!

So why does this happen?
- 73 looks random to Humans, there is no Zero at the end, nor too small or big. 73 is also a Prime number, making it feel more Random
- Blame the Model behind ChatGPT! The number is not generated by a dice, so all numbers have an equal probability. Here, the model determines what number to show!
- Blame Sheldon Cooper - Yes, our favorite Sheldon from Big Bang theory, because he said, 73 is his favorite number!
- Confirmation Bias - People discuss 73 more than other answers ChatGPT does!

I wonder why ChatGPT hasn't moved yet to the GenZ brainrot 67 yet!
Maybe it won't sound that Random to humans 😁

So, go ahead, ask for a Random number between 1 and 100 and share the results!
